I was starting to get super lazy with my workout 

…because i was so tired of it, so I “accidentally” took 3 days off. I would be onto level 2 now, but oh well. hopefully i’ll starts back up tomorrow.  also thinking about starting to run.  I wish I had an elliptical, it’s so freaking hot outside.

I’ve been doing Jillian Michael’s 30-day shred for a week now! 

Bust:40- 40

Hips: 39.5- 39.5

Below Bust:34.5- 34

Waist: 33- 32.7

Arms: 13- 13

Thighs: 25- 25

Biggest part of my stomach: 39- 39

There’s nothing more disheartening than thinking you’re doing your best and thinking you’re seeing changes only to know that you aren’t.  I don’t workout.  That’s not who I am, but I have tried so hard this week.  I guess I just have to try harder.  I just want to finally see a result of how hard i’m working.  It’s already half way until my 21st and i’ve seen no changes.  I’m going to start planning my meals for the week.  Hopefully that may help.

Zumba came in the mail today! 

And it’s awesome… i burned around 500 calories with that, and next up is my 2nd day of 30 day shred, and then POP inner thighs Pilates.

30-Day Shred. 

Just started on day one of level one, and it didn’t go as well as expected.  when i workout, my head starts to hurt, my ears start to hurt, and i hate that feeling, so i stopped a lot.  Not to mention, i have yet to buy and mat and weights.  Hopefully these next 30 days will go more smoothly though.

Breakfast: Whole grain toast, Scrambled egg whites, 4 apple slices, V8 juice

I just can’t wait until my Zumba comes in the mail.
